Play with people who want to play. Do not use the game to harass anyone, and choose words your group consents to. The built-in deck is written to be workplace-safe; custom decks are your responsibility.
The game runs in your browser. Closing or refreshing the page mid-turn ends that turn's clock — scores after finished rounds are kept while the tab stays open (see the in-app resume notice for details). We do not promise uninterrupted availability of any deployment of this page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
